Usually the service is good but today was a bit disappointing...my appointment was for 9am. Shutters was 3/4 closed, waited outside until 9.10hrs until someone finally opened shop. My therapist was also late - didnt get treatment started until 9.20hrs. The treatment was Ok but finished at 10am!! My treatment is payed for 60mins not 40mins...
