Always lovely service from all staff over many years. Excellent cuts by Lene and colour by Jodie. I never feel too old or non-metropolitan. Just don't get too expensive for me!

Gustav is great and the salon is well appointed, especially the massaging chairs in the hair washing area. Please bring smoothies back to the menu though, and I was not a massive fan of the attitude of Steve on reception - it is always annoying when staff at a good salon behave as though they are somehow better than the clientele. Receptionists should be welcoming and helpful, not surly and arrogant.
